Cancellation

  • Trip cancellation requests must be received at least 30 calendar days before check-in for Flex 30 homes
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days (Flex 30) before check-in, then our standard cancellation terms apply
  • The full refund will be made back to your original payment method
  • Alternatively, you can opt to amend your stay free of charge at the same home for a future date within 12 months of your original check-in date, without applying for a full refund
  • Rebooking is subject to availability and you will be required to pay any price increases caused by seasonal rate fluctuations
  • Once your new date is chosen and confirmed, no further date changes may be made
  • Our standard T&Cs still apply. We always recommend taking out adequate travel insurance. These terms apply to new bookings made from March 10th, 2021,
  • We kindly inform you that a minor bank handling fee may be applied to the refund of funds to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
  • *Please note that each property has its own rental contract, and the conditions stated in the contract may vary from time to time. We kindly request you to carefully review and sign the rental contract to fully accept the terms and conditions before making the full payment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Flex 30 - Cancel for a full refund or amend dates free of charge, up to 30 days before check in*

  • Trip cancellation or date amendment requests must be submitted at least 30 calendar days before check-in for Flex 30 homes.
  • If you cancel or amend your reservation less than 30 days (Flex 30) before check-in, our standard cancellation terms will apply.
  • Cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted to us in writing and we must provide you with confirmation of the request being accepted.
  • For reservations paid in full, 80% will be refunded to your original payment method. The remaining 20% will be converted to travel credit (see clause 28).
  • If you only paid a deposit, then the deposit will be converted to a travel credit.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to convert your booking to a travel credit (see clause 28) or amend your stay free of charge at the same home for a future date within 12 months of your original check-in date.
  • Rebooking is subject to availability, and you will be required to cover any price increases due to seasonal rate fluctuations.
  • These terms apply to bookings made from March 1st, 2024, on home listings marked with the Flex 30 badge only.

  • Clause 28. Travel credit
  • 28.1. Travel credit must be redeemed within 12 months from the cancellation date.
  • 28.2. Rebooking is subject to availability and you will be required to pay any price increases caused by seasonal rate fluctuations.
  • 28.3. Travel credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with another offer.
  • 28.4. By accepting or requesting travel credit you give us permission to cancel your original reservation.
  • 28.5. Making a request for travel credit does not automatically guarantee full credit for future use. If your stay does not qualify for a travel credit, we will contact you and discuss your options with you, prior to canceling your reservation.
