Cancellation

• Trip cancellation requests must be received at least 14 calendar days before check-in for Flex 14 homes, or at least 30 calendar days before check-in for Flex 30 homes
• If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days (Flex 30) before check-in or 14 days (Flex 14) before check-in, then our standard cancellation terms apply
• The full refund will be made back to your original payment method
• Alternatively, you can opt to amend your stay free of charge at the same home for a future date within 12 months of your original check-in date, without applying for a full refund
• Rebooking is subject to availability and you will be required to pay any price increases caused by seasonal rate fluctuations
• Once your new date is chosen and confirmed, no further date changes may be made
• Our standard T&Cs still apply. We always recommend taking out adequate travel insurance. These terms apply to new bookings made from March 10th, 2021,
• We kindly inform you that a minor bank handling fee may be applied to the refund of funds to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
• *Please note that each property has its own rental contract, and the conditions stated in the contract may vary from time to time. We kindly request you to carefully review and sign the rental contract to fully accept the terms and conditions before making the full payment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
